Colour and Pattern Variations
Whilst every care has been taken to portray the products as
realistically as possible, both buffalo horn and hazel are natural
products and as such some variation in colour, shade and shape may
occur. We strive to guarantee your satisfaction at all times
and if you are not 100% satisfied a full refund will be issued -

Returns Policy
Irish Walking Sticks stand behind the principle of complete
customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase please return your product in its
original packaging, in new condition, within 30 days of your
purchase for a complete refund exclusive of shipping costs incurred
in returning the product. Items that are not returned in their
original condition will be charged to the purchaser. The liability
of Irish Walking Sticks for any lost or damaged merchandise is
limited to the full purchase price of the product. All returns must
be returned to sender, or the appropriate merchant from whom the
product was purchased.
