Shipping Costs

We offer FREE Shipping within the United States on ALL orders over $80.00.
A flat rate of only $9.95 applies to orders under $80.00.

Standard Delivery:
All orders are shipped normal ground service via UPS or FedEx and cannot be sent to a PO Box.
Delivery times will typically be approximately 5-7 business days.
Any items that would take longer are noted in the item description.

Back Orders:
While we do try to keep our website updated regarding out of stock items, occasionally an item is out of stock.  If this happens you will be notified by either email or phone. If part of your order is on backorder, you may cancel that item at any time prior to shipment or choose to wait for the item.  There are no additional shipping charges applied to backorder items.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery date you may reach customer service at 844-474-7497, or via email at and they will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New" and "unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used. Customized orders are not returnable.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. All returns (except for damaged or defective items) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  The restocking fee may be waived in the event of an exchange for a product of equal or greater value.

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

Credit and Return Time

Within 72 hours of receiving the item back from you, we will credit back the purchase price of the product to the credit card used at purchase.

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason. While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally we make a mistake on our website regarding pricing, instock status of a product, or description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the mistake and ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
